Announcing online sports registration for 2021-2022

To participate in sports in the 2021-2022 school year, all athletes must register online at the link below to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice. The OVHS Athletic Department is now using a secure registration platform, AthleticClearance.com, that provides our families with a safe, easy, and user-friendly way to register for OVHS athletics. No more paperwork!

Information needed to register:

1. Upload your doctor-signed physical form with exam date.

2. Fill-in your Medical Insurance provider and policy information

3. Complete Medical History by Clicking on corresponding answers

4. Read & Accept policy agreements with electronic signatures by parent/guardian and student-athlete.

5. Upload proof of health insurance.
